Sewer and Waste Collections is the billing and accounting office for all sewer accounts within the City Limits of Massillon. Billing is done on a quarterly basis (every three (3) months) and is billed in arrears. All sewer billing is done on a flat rate basis, due to the fact that the City does not provide water service and therefore does not have access to the flow records. Water service is provided by Consumers Ohio Water Service, a privately owned company, (330) 833-4156. Approx 12,000 accounts are billed for sewer in Massillon.

In response to many requests the City of Massillon Sewer & Waste Deparyment is now able to offer our customers the option of Automatic Payment Plan.

With the Automatic Payment Plan the amount billed for sewer and/or garbage collection can be deducted from your checking or savings account, as it becomes due.
