CITY OF MASSILLON – SPRING CLEAN-UP

DATE: SATURDAY, MAY 17, 2008
TIME: 7:00 A.M. TO 2:00 PM
LOCATION: MASSILLON CITY GARAGE, 401 WALNUT RD. S.W.

The City of Massillon will have a free Spring Clean-Up for all City Residents on Saturday, May 17, 2008.

All waste must be taken to the Massillon City Garage for disposal. There will be employees from the Waste Department on hand to assist residents. The City’s Recycling Bins will also be available for any recyclable items. TIRES WILL BE ACCEPTED BUT MUST BE SEPARATED FROM OTHER WASTE. ONLY PASSENGER AND SMALL TRUCK TIRES WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Yard waste will be accepted but must be bagged, bundled or boxed. All branches, tree limbs or shrubs must be bundled in lengths no longer than four (4) feet.

Appliances, furniture and mattresses will be accepted but no auto parts or building materials will be accepted. City Waste Department employees reserve the right to accept or reject items presented for disposal.

This is a FREE SERVICE offered to MASSILLON CITY RESIDENTS ONLY. NO COMMERCIALAND/OR BUSINESS WASTE COLLECTORS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Identification may be required to verify that you are a Massillon City Resident.
