is announcing the expansion of the
Well Child Clinic

We will now include ages from birth to 18 years

Cost is $10.00 per child per visit

We are located at 845 8th St. NE Massillon
(This is just south of Affinity Massillon Campus)

This includes routine well child visits, sports physicals, camp physicals, etc.

These clinics include routine well-child care, counseling, currently required lab tests, immunizations, and referrals to physicians as deemed necessary. Certain immunizations may require an additional fee. Call (330) 830-1713 for appointment

.IMMUNIZATION CLINICS

First and Third Tuesday by appointment
Birth to adult
Fee $10.00 *
These are routinely held at least twice a month for Massillon residents ages one month through adult by appointment according to standards from the Ohio Department of Health in conjunction with the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Each Tuesday from 8:30 to 9:00 a.m
Walk -in
A record of each person's blood pressure reading is retained on file and made available to the patient upon request.

TB TESTING

Fee $10.00
Each Tuesday from 9:00 - 9:30 a.m.
Mantoux skin testing is offered to persons needing proof of a negative Tb test for schooling, for their place of employment, or for Head Start requirements. Those with a positive test are referred for x-rays.
